Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi on Wednesday alleged that both the Congress and the TRS are using the Telangana card for political gain instead of addressing the issue.
“Had they been serious why the issue was not addressed in the past four or five years. How long they want to cheat the people?” he asked while addressing a series of public meetings in Medak district on Wednesday.
At Patancheru, Mr. Chiranjeevi said that even the AICC president Sonia Gandhi tried to get the votes in the name of Telangana once again at her public meeting held on Tuesday.“Praja Rajyam is for Telangana and I have not broken the promises like they did,” he said .
