New CM will be after November only

The Congress has taken note of the fact that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy, son of the late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy. has emerged a force to reckon with in the state.
Sources indicated that the leadership could take a decision only after the Maharashtra Assembly polls, which would be November. The Jagan-as-CM camp came to this conclusion after talking to its mentor, Dr K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, who returned to Hyderabad on Monday. Sources said the high command feels any decision now could send the wrong signal to the party in poll-bound Maharashtra and Haryana.
“It is clear now that even if Jagan is not made CM, any other person in that post will need to have his backing,” a senior leader said. Highly placed sources said that as support swelled for the first-time MP, the Congress high command was forced to go slow on selecting a new Chief Minister.
